AS 4801

AS 4801 is the Australian standard for OHS - there is no ISO standard.

ISO 22000
FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM


Food Safety Management Systems complying with ISO 22000 is the highest international certification that can be achieved for food safety.

FSSC 22000
FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

FSSC 22000 is a certification scheme for food safety systems complying with ISO 22000:2005 and technical specifications for sector PRPs. The requirements are based on ISO 22000, sector pre-requisite programs (PRPs) for which stakeholder organisations have developed technical specifications (eg ISO/TS 22002-1 Food Manufacturing & ISO/TS 22002-4 Food Packaging Material Manufacturing) and Additional Requirements established by the FSSC Scheme.

TQCSI is licensed by The Foundation to provide FSSC 22000 management system certification services. The scope of this Scheme only applies to certain food categories as defined by ISO 22003:2013 Annex A.

TQCSI provides FSSC 22000 management system certification to organisations in the food supply chain that process or manufacture in the following categories:
• perishable animal products (ie meat, poultry, eggs, dairy and fish products)
• perishable vegetal products (ie fresh fruits and fresh juices, preserved fruits, fresh vegetables, preserved vegetables)
• products with long shelf life at ambient temperature (ie canned products, biscuits, snacks, oil, drinking water, beverages, pasta, flour, sugar, salt)
• (bio)chemical products for food manufacturing (ie vitamins additives and bio-cultures) but excluding technical and technological aids.

TQCSI HACCP CODE
HACCP FOOD SAFETY PROGRAM


The TQCSI HACCP Code is formally recognised by JAS-ANZ as a standard/code against which companies can achieve third party certification for their food safety program. It incorporates the principles of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).  

Third party certification also requires compliance with relevant regulations and any customer requirements.

NSQHS Standards


The National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards developed by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care, aim to improve the quality of health service provision throughout Australia. TQCSI has been a member of the Commission’s Accrediting Agencies Working Group since inception.

TQCSI provides accreditation to these 10 NSQHS Standards for public and private hospitals, day surgeries and dental practices. Many organisations also combine the NSQHS Standards accreditation with certification to ISO 9001.

The NSQHS Standards are also being used in other countries where health institutions wish to achieve certification against world’s best practice.





NSMHS accreditation


The National Standards for Mental Health Services (NSMHS) were developed to improve the quality of mental health services provided throughout Australia.

TQCSI provides accreditation to these NSMHS Standards ensuring consistency and compliance for a safety and quality management system across a broad range of mental health services.

QUALITY HEALTH & ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (or HSE)


TQCSI’s Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Code (QHSE Code) is the first of its type in the world intended as a guide for businesses who are implementing a management system to address quality, workplace safety and environment issues.

TQCSI SBQMC
SMALL BUSINESS QUALITY MANAGEMENT


TQCSI’s Small Business Quality Management Code (SBQMC) is intended to be used as a guide for smaller businesses who are implementing a quality management system.  

The Code is not intended as a replacement for ISO 9001, rather it is based on the international standard and is designed to fill a void for those smaller businesses who have no current requirement for ISO 9001, or who do not have the resources to implement and maintain it.  However, as businesses grow, the Code is designed to be easily developed into the full ISO 9001 Standard.





GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICE

TQCSI’s Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification is designed to certify organisations who comply with GMP relevant to their respective industry.  

GMP can be for food industries or any other industry that demonstrates compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and industry norms which might be documented in legislation or and industry or association code of practice.

ISO 22716
COSMETICS - GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES


ISO 22716 gives guidelines for the production, control, storage, and shipment of cosmetic products.
