Craig Bates

President & Managing Director 

Craig enjoyed a distinguished career in the Royal Australian Navy before establishing TQCSI in the early 1990's. He is recognised as a leading expert in management systems, and is responsible for the strategic direction and overall success of TQCSI. He is a member of the Certification Approval Panel and Auditor Evaluation Panel, a Senior Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, HACCP and QHSE. Craig manages the development of all new certification programs.

Sean Bates

CEO 

Sean is responsible for the management of the certification approval process and maintaining JASANZ accreditation. He is a member of the Certification Approval Panel and Auditor Evaluation Panel, an Aerospace Experienced Auditor for AS 9100, 9110 and 9120, as well as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and the QHSE Code, and TQCSI’s Lead for QMS, EMS & OHS.

Carolin Arndt

Certification Manager 

Carolin is a member of the Certification Approval Panel and Auditor Evaluation Panel, a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and HACCP. Carolin is also TQCSI’s Lead for FSMS.

Louise Bates

Financial Controller

Louise is responsible for all financial matters.

Ekaspreet Kiran

Certification Officer

Ekas assists the Managing Director with the administration of daily operations and special projects. She is a member of the Certification Approval Panel and Auditor Evaluation Panel,  a Lead auditor for ISO 22000 and HACCP. She manages communication between management and JASANZ, and is responsible for the administration of the QAF, ISMS, and FSSC 22000 Program.

Georgia Salagaras

Accreditation Officer 

Georgia is responsible for legal and regulatory compliance as well as coordination of TQCSI’s certification programs.

Daniel Chiu

Senior Regional Office Coordinator (Red) 

Daniel coordinates certification and auditor approvals for TQCSI (China), and training for new Regional Offices. Daniel also manages communication with ANAB and is responsible for the administration of the AQMS Program (AS 9100 Series Standards).

Pagah Haghighatjoo (Peg)

Regional Office Coordinator (White) 

Peg coordinates certification and auditor approvals for Regional Offices including Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan and Philippines. She also assists with certification approvals in China.

Elijah Skorup

Regional Office Coordinator (Blue) 

Elijah coordinates certification and auditor approvals for Regional Offices including Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam. He is also responsible for coordinating Nuts changes, certification and accreditation data, and resolving IT problems at Head Office.

Eloisa Makris

Regional Office Coordinator (Green)

Eloisa coordinates certification and auditor approvals for Regional Offices including Australia, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. She also coordinates requests for TQCSI-Yaran.

Charlize Clegg

Personal Assistant

Charlize coordinates daily operations for the CEO, along with administrative support.

Our Auditors

All of our Auditors are experienced Auditors in their own right. They are hand selected for their professionalism, personable abilities and communication skills.
