Berry Boen
Director - berry@tqcsi.id
Berry is responsible for the management and growth of TQCSI Indonesia. He graduated with Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Master of Business Administration from Iowa State University. He also holds a Master of Law from Jayabaya University. He has over 20 years of experience in various industries and possesses extensive experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Susan Boen

Susan is in charge of receiving inquiries from potential clients, coordinating, and scheduling audits for clients of TQCSI Indonesia. She also acts as a liaison between TQCSI Indonesia and Head Office to ensure daily operations is done in accordance with TQCSI requirements. She graduated with Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University and attained her MBA from University of Portland.
