What is the HR Compliance Code?

TQCSI’s Human Resources (HR) Compliance Code is a standard to which companies can develop a HR compliance management system and, with certification, demonstrate their compliance to fundamental HR requirements.

The HR Compliance Code is the only known standard of its type in the world and is intended to be used as a guide for organisations who wish to implement a management system ensuring they respect legislation, agreements and conventions people work under. The Code was developed after consultation with ‘people and culture’ professionals, including international experts.
